What is a Personal Concierge?

A Personal Concierge is essentially a personal assistant who takes care of the tasks you don’t have time to do, don’t want to do, or don’t know how to do.

What do you do?

Southern Belle uses a feminine approach by helping busy professionals with complete help at home and personally. We also outsource if needed with the best service providers around, this can range from window cleaners to personal trainers.

This service can be as minimal or as broad as required.

What are your rates?

Southern Belle charges an hourly rate of $60 plus GST and any expenses incurred on behalf of the client are the clients responsibility. Southern Belle invoices weekly and payment must be made strictly within 7 days.

We prefer direct bank deposit but we offer MasterCard and Visa for convenience. Contact Southern Belle now for a gratis meeting over a coffee so we can see if the ‘fit’ is suitable for us both!

What are your hours?

Business hours are 9.00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. After hours, holiday and weekend services may incur an additional charge. Southern Belle is flexible and understands that not everyone lives a 9–5 life.

A text or email is perfectly acceptable after hours to make it happen ASAP.
